1. Overview & Service Scope
Welcome to Forteca Cleaning ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Forteca Cleaning provides professional residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and vacation rental turnover cleaning services throughout the Pocono, Pennsylvania region. By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Quotes provided online or by telephone are initial estimates based on the property details (square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms, property condition) supplied by the client. We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the property condition materially differs from the initial description or requires extra labor, biohazard cleanup, or deep stain extraction.
3. Vacation Rental Turnover & Photo Reports
For short-term rental (Airbnb / Vrbo) clients, Forteca Cleaning conducts turnover cleanings adhering to agreed property checklists. Upon departure, our cleaning technicians capture photo documentation. Photo completion reports are available to hosts to assist with guest review verification and inventory restock tracking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours advance notice for service cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost due to allocated staff scheduling.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims
We pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. If any area of your property does not meet our high standards, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion with photographs. Forteca Cleaning will return promptly to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.
6. Insurance & Liability
Forteca Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. While our staff exercises extreme care, in the rare event of accidental property damage, liability is limited to repair or replacement value of the damaged item upon verification.
